If you come across any issues such as purchasing an NFT or Metagates not loading, please contact our support team:

1. Head to the Protocol: Gemini discord (if you are a new user, you will have to go through the verification process).

2. Click the #🔮-support-ticket channel.

   
3. Hit the 'Open ticket' button.

4. A private ticket will be created for you, and Support Staff will be notified.

   
5. Add any details that might help Support resolve your issue and we will try our best to help!
